Mr. Poller has spent a significant portion of his practice in the representation of Banks, Savings and Loans, Credit Unions, Real Estate Investment Trusts, hard equity lenders, mortgage bankers, factors and asset- based lenders in all phases of their operations. He has a working familiarity with the regulatory scheme, documentation and document drafting, internal operations of these institutions from the legal perspective, necessary to provide advice and counsel to these institutions. Mr.Poller provided services as general counsel to various Banks and thrifts in firms in which he was engaged previously, and currently represents a credit union with respect to all aspects of their day to day operations.
